It is getting close to the cemetery workshop and parties interested in participating need to get the registration formed filled out.  I will have registration forms at the office to be picked up during office hours or contact Karen Holmes at 454-2583 to register.   The Cooper Cemetery Committee and the Maine Old Cemetery Association (MOCA) have selected June 2nd for the cleaning workshop of our older cemetery head and foot stones.  The workshop can accommodate up to twenty people and there are still openings for participants.  The cleaning class is planned for the morning with a luncheon to follow at the Cooper Community Center.

The next Select Board Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 5th, 2018 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.  The Cooper office is open for regular office hours on the first and third Thursday of the month from 4:30 to 6:30pm.  The next office hours are scheduled for Thursday, May 3rd and May 17, 2018 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. I now have 2018 boat and ATV registrations if anyone is ready to get out and about now that winter has ended.

A rabies clinic, provide by Little River Veterinary Clinic will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Cooper Community Center.  I am still waiting for a price list for services from the clinic and will provide when possible.
