High School Boys Soccer


The Woodland Dragons dropped a 3-1 contest at Harrington. The Knights had scores from Paniagua, Wright and Pineo, while the lone Dragon came from Windsor Brooks.

At Danforth the Shead Tigers earned a 1-0 victory over their East Grand hosts as Ian Sullivan connected at the end of the first half for the lone tally in the contest. Shead goalie Phillip Farrell gathered 18-shots on goal.

A strong Warrior contingent in Fort Kent captured an 8-2 win against the Calais Blue Devils. For the guests Andre Paul and Kyle Johnson earned the goals. Matt Perkins brought in 13 of 39 shots on goals for Calais.

The Blue Devils hosted Narraguagus last Thursday and jumped ahead 2-0 off conversions by Andre Paul and Nathan Newell. The Knights rallied during the balance of the game earning three for the win hit by Doucette, Pineo, and Wright.

The Shead Tigers nipped their Machias guests 3-2. In the win Drew Greenlaw hit two and Ian Sullivan collected the third. Bryce Bourque scored 2-goals for the Bulldogs. Farrell stopped 8 of 10-shots on goal.

At Jonesport the Royals and Dragons played 80-minutes to a 1-1 deadlock. Noah Southard connected first for the guests in the opening half, and Royals Logan Kenny tied the game in the second half with 11:25 remaining. Riley Russell gathered 17 of 30 for Woodland.
