Here are some “new to us” books at the Lincoln Memorial Library in Dennysville that are connected in some way   to Smith’s “Memory of a Large Christmas”.

Eight Christmas stories come from Margaret Cousins, written in 1952.

In a bit modern vein is “Our Family Christmas Book” stories, features, and activities for all the family to enjoy.

“Christmas Around the World” is full of many photographs and articles from the former “Life” magazine.

There are even two books that will end up on the Religion shelves. “The Gifts of Christmas” by Rachel Hartman and “Spiritual Steps to Christmas” by Aloysius F. Coogan to help the reader remember the focus of the season.

Finally, there are two copies of “Favorite Christmas Carols” so you won’t miss any of the words to those old familiar carols. Submitted by Priscilla Hobart.
