Frances Harriet Culligan Wallace died at the Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor on Saturday, November 16 after a short illness. She was born July 9,1925 in Fredericton, New Brunswick where she lived until the death of her father left Frances and her older brother, Bertram, orphaned in their teens. Frances was a member of the First Congregational Church of Calais and a life member of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her sons John Wallace of Washington, D.C. Ranks of Salt Lake, Utah and Katherine J. Henderson of Catonsville, Maryland.
